Chamomile is a wonderful herb for calming down and heading off anxiety.
A soothing chamomile tea before bed can make for a good night’s sleep.
You can take that tea and use it as a face wash or rinse. I put it into a spray bottle in the summer and use it to spritz when I need to cool down.
Also, chamomile flowers in the bath can be an amazing spa-like experience. I hate the mess afterwards, so I place a handful of chamomile blossoms, fresh or dried, into a nylon stocking and place it under the running water.
